摘要
我国目前还没有公认的网站评估机构、评估方法以及评估内容。本文探讨美国几家著名的评估机构的评估手段 ,分析了各自的评估缺陷。总结了网站评估可以从几个方面进行。
At present our country still doesn't have the generally accepted website valuation organization,the valuation method and the valuation content.The paper probes into some valuation measures of the organizations in the United states,analyzes the flaw of them,and concludes that the website can be valuated from several aspects.
