摘要
本文通过对我国金融监管实践出现的问题进行法律分析 ,着重从明确金融监管法律体系的目标 ,重构金融监管组织体系 ,规范法规体系 ,提高监管人员素质等方面提出加强金融监管的法律对策。
This essay analyses financial supervision,puts forward legal countermeasure which strengthens financial supervision from defining the goal of legal system of financial supervision,reconstructing the organizing system of financial supervision,standardizing the regulation system and improving the respects such as supervisor's quality,etc.
