摘要
家族企业是企业组织的一种模式,在世界各国经济建设中发挥着重要作用。本文通过对中美家族企业的演进过程进行比较分析,从中得到对我国当前家族企业发展的一些启示。
The family business is a kind of model of the business organization.It plays an important role in the economic development in different countries all over the world.This paper compares the development courses between Chinese and American family businesses, so as to learn some methods which will benefit the current family business of our country.
