介绍赤天化有限责任公司二氧化碳汽提尿素装置出现高压系统超压、提不起负荷、循环超压、0.7MPa系统超温、解吸塔出液氨含量超标以及高压喷射泵异常等异常现象,分析原因,给出处理方法和效果。
Presents the abnormal phenomena of CO2 stripping urea plant of Chitianhua Co. , Ltd. ,such as overpressuring of HP system, inadequate load,overpressuring of the loop, superheating of 0.7MPa system,ammonia content exceeding the standard in the desorber effluent as well as the abnormal of HP jetting pump,analyzes the reasons,and puts forward solutions and the effects.
