摘要
介绍了利用激光干涉形成的亮条纹引发预聚物/液晶的混合物相分离,制备了二维电调谐光栅。在对样品进行一次曝光之后,将样品绕着基板中心的法线方向转动一定的角度(如90°),再进行一次曝光,获得格子结构的聚合物/液晶二维光栅。实验结果表明,光栅中的聚合物和液晶在二维空间上呈周期性分布,其衍射图样为空间点阵且衍射效率可以利用电场进行调节。
The phase separation between prepolymer and liquid crystals was induced by laser beam interfe rence bright patterns. After the phase separation, the two dimensional polymer/liquid crystal grating was fabricated. In the paper, after exposed once, the sample was rotated in certain angle round the line direction of center of the substrate (such as 90 °) and then was exposed again at different time. The two dimensional polymer/liquid crystal grating was obtained. The results indicated that the distribution of the polymer and liquid crystal in the grating was periodic on the two dimensional space. The diffraction pattern was regulated for space lattice and the diffraction efficiency was electrically switchable.
