摘要
针对当前项目所需资源的利用率低而导致项目成本较高的问题,通过对项目的资源优化进行深入研究,给出了资源均衡的目标.在工期一定的情况下,提出了一种项目多资源平衡启发式算法,算法基于对非关键工作,可在其自由时差范围内采取不同的分配方式,可提高资源利用率,从而降低项目成本.经验证,本算法具有有效性且能得到更优解.
In project management multiple resource leveling is a problem deserving study. After discussing the basic principle of multiple resource leveling with fixed project duration this paper proposes a heuristic algorithm to solve the problem and gain a satisfactory result. The algorithm is based on the total float of the activity. The activity that has total float can shift some time from the early start time by the algorithm. By adjusting the activity and rescheduling the schedule we can improve the resource utilization ratio and reduce the project cost. At last the algorithm is proved by an instance and the result indicates that we can have a better solution for project multiple leveling by the algorithm.
