摘要
为了快速准确测量牛乳乳糖成分,依据光折射理论,提出了牛乳乳糖质量分数的快速准确测量方法.理论研究和实际定标实验表明,试样盒的形状是本测试方法的关键,当乳糖质量分数变化0.1%时,测出激光通过双三角形试样盒的偏折角是单三角形试样盒的1.3倍,即用双三角形试样盒的测量精确度比单三角形试样盒的高,并且测量相对误差控制在0.1%以内.
The method of lactose mass fraction based on the laser refraction was adopted for quick and accurate determination of lactose content in the milk, and the accuracy is 0.1% through a lot of experiments. The key point of the method is the shape of the sample cases. Through our theoretic research and gauging experiments we reach the conclusion that when the change of lactose content is 0.1% the refraction angle of the laser through bi-triangle sample case is 1.3 times of that through mono-triangle sample case, and that is to say the accuracy of bi-triangle sample case is better than that of mono-triangle sample case.
