人用布鲁氏菌组分苗的实验研究——ⅡE和DMP组分安全性及其亚单位的免疫原性的观察

AN EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON THE FRACTION VACCINE OF BRUCELLA FOR HUMA——Ⅱ . AN INVESTIGATION FOR SAFETY AND IMMUNITY OF BRUCELLA E AND OMP FRACTIONS

本文报告了在小鼠和豚鼠中用B.melitensis 16M的E、OMP及其组分的安全性、免疫反应性和保护力的研究。其结果表明,E、OMP及其亚组分免疫小鼠后对ip和s.c攻击强毒布氏菌均具有保护力;E、OMP免疫豚鼠后血清学反应低,致敏原性弱,细胞免疫反应良好。E、OMP免疫小鼠后的病理组织学反应低于104M组。

This paper reports a study on the safety, immune responses and protection in mice as well as gunia pigs immunized with E and OMP fractions of Brucella melitensis 16M strain. These results show that the mice immunized with E, OMP and sub-fraction of them were protective to charge with virulent B. meli. strain 13 intraperitoneally and subcutaneously. There were low responses of serolo-gy, a weak action of sensitization and a good CMI after E and OMP immunization gunia pigs. A pathological change of histology for groups of mice immunized with E and OMP was lower than group of immunization with 104M strain.
