基于模糊评判的人才评测系统的研究与设计

The Design and Realization of The Fuzzy Person Evaluation System

科技人才的评测是建立在科技人才的科研成果以及群众评测的基础上,由专家对科技人才作出科学的、公平的评测。本文基于模糊统计和模糊综合评判,提出并实现了一种用于科技人才评测的评价方法和数学模型。该方法和模型可对科技人才进行科学的评定以更确切地判断其贡献和不足,从而实现对科技人才的评价和提醒。

The evaluation of the technological person works on the basis of its fruit and the evaluation of everybody, and need the scientific and candid judge made by the expert. In this paper, on the basis of fuzzy stat and fuzzy integrated evaluation we build and realize a evaluated method and mathematics model used for technological person . This method can make more exact injudge and get the offer and lack of the technological person ,then reach to affirm their offer,awoke their lack,and urge on them.
