摘要
该文介绍了一个采用振动挤密碎石桩处理南京某钢铁厂软土地基的工程实例,分析了碎石桩对软土地基土层的处理方法、设计指标和施工工艺以及复合地基的加固效果。静荷载试验结果表明,处理后复合地基承载力提高很大,桩间土的性能得到了很大的改善。振动挤密碎石桩技术具有可靠性、适用性和施工简便且速度快、投资小等优点。
In the paper, based on the engineering practice of soft ground improve d by vibro-compacted gravel pile of a steel factory in N anjing, the measures index of design、technics of construction and the effect of treatment of gravel pile composite foundation are introduce d and analyzed.The result of static load test suggests the characteristic value o f bearing capacity of composite foundation is improved greatly and the quality o f the soil among piles is amended greatly. The technology of vibro-compacted g ravel pile is of reliability,practicability,simpleness and rap id speed of construction and less investment, it is an effective technical measure for treatment of soft foundation.
