摘要 对脚部进行三维扫描,经过网格处理,采用特征节点和特征曲线及其拓扑关系建立脚部特征模型;以脚部特征模型上的特征节点和曲线建立局部坐标系,确定鞋楦特征模板上的顶点,并完成特征模板上顶点的拓扑关系;通过2D曲线的输入,建立鞋楦侧轮廓、底面和统口轮廓曲线;最后,对鞋楦曲面做细分处理,实现了一个符合扫描脚部模型特征和定制轮廓的鞋楦造型工作。 Based on feet scans and mesh processing, we present a concept of feet characteristic model, which is constituted by the special node and curve of feet. The vertex of the last feature template and its topological relation is fixed on a local coordinate, which is established from these nodes and curves. By specifying the vertex and inputting 2D curve, we build the profiles of the last. Finally, a variational subdivision scheme is introduced to construct shoe-last surface mesh. This method has been implemented successfully in an shoe-last CAD system, which has showed high performance and usefulness.
