摘要
高聚物是由内部多尺度结构构筑而成,从链的单元结构、链结构到凝聚态结构.该文提出一种适合描述高聚物内部多尺度结构的模型,对结晶高聚物晶体和非晶区结构不均匀性引起结晶高聚物力学性质的不均匀性进行了分析研究,给出对具有随机分布晶体结构特征和具有周期性分布晶体结构特征的结晶高聚物进行材料性能研究的途径。
High polymers are constructed by interior multi-scale structures from cell structure of polymer chain to structure of chain and then to agglomerate configuration. In this paper a theoretical model which can describe the interior multi-scale structures of high polymer is provided and the inhomogeneous of mechanical properties due to the inhomogeneous of crystalline and amorphous region is also analyzed. A method for studying the material properties of crystal polymers whose crystal structures are distributed stochastically or periodically is presented. As an example, approach of computing the material properties of crystal high polymer, Polyamide 6(PA6), with periodically dispersing spherocrystal structures is given in the present paper.
