摘要
变电站内的通信网络和通信协议的多样性带来了如何实现互操作的现实问题,而基于IEC 61850标准的变电站自动化系统不可能短期内实现,一个可行的解决方案就是在变电站通信网络中采用通信管理机。通过通信管理机,可以实现低速的串行总线、现场总线网络和高速以太网之间的互联,构建出高速、可靠、开放的变电站通信网络。基于ARM平台采用嵌入式以太网技术和嵌入式实时操作系统,设计了一种具有多种通信接口,能实现异种网络互联的通信管理机,简述了通信管理机在变电站自动化系统应用优势,详细介绍了该系统软、硬件的设计实现。
The diversity of communication networks and protocols in substation makes interoperation difficult, while the IEC61850 based substation automation system can't be realized in a short term. The communication management unit for communication networks is a feasible solution, through which the interconnection between low speed serial bus or field-bus and high speed Ethernet is realized and a high-speed, reliable and open communication network can be thus constructed in substations. Applying embedded Ethernet technique and RTOS ( Real-Time Operating System) on ARM platform, the communication management unit with multiple interfaces for heterogeneous networks interconnection is designed. Its superiorities in application are briefly introduced, and the design and implementation of both software and hardware are detailed.
