摘要
通过自相关分析和小波分析相结合的方法,对离心泵入口压力脉动信号进行了信号分析处理,获得了初生汽蚀信号的各尺度频谱和能量。提出以信号各尺度能量特征值作为初生汽蚀诊断识别的判据。试验测试信号分析结果表明,汽蚀初生信号能量特征值有明显变化,所提取的信号特征信息可以对初生汽蚀状态进行定性诊断和定量识别。
The pressure fluctuation signal of the centrifugal pump inlet was analyzed and disposed by wavelet combined with autocorrelation analysis. The spectrum and energy of different scales of the inception cavitation signal were obtained. The criterion of diagnosis to inception cavitation based on different scales energy characteristic of the signal was brought up. The results show that the energy characteristic of the inception cavitation signal changes obviously, and the qualitative diagnosis and quantifiable recognition for inception cavitation state can be obtained using the signal characteristic information.
