摘要
[目的]了解癌症病人的生活质量与应对方式的关系。[方法]采用问卷调查的方法对87例癌症病人进行调查,对生活质量与应对方式的关系进行相关性分析。[结果]癌症病人生活质量中的“生活满意度”得分最高,“社会经济状况”得分最低;在应对方式的采用和效果上得分最高的均是“乐观”应对方式,得分最低的是“情感”应对方式;从癌症病人的生活质量与应对方式的关系上看,生活质量与应对方式的采用无关,而与所用应对方式的效果有一定的关系。[结论]积极的应对方式和应对策略有助于提高癌症病人的生活质量,护理中应鼓励癌症病人选择积极的应对策略。
Objective:to find out the correlation between living quality and coping mode of cancer patients. Method: a total of 87 cancer patients were investigated by filling out questionnaires, with which the correlation analysis between living quality and coping mode of them were performed. Result: the highest and the lowest scorings in living quality of cancer patients are 'life satisfaction degree' and 'social economic conditions' respectively. In terms of both adopting and effect of coping mode,'optimism' scored the highest in cancer patients. However, 'emotional' coping mode scored the lowest. It is the effect of coping mode rather than the coping mode itself that influencing the living quality of the patients.Conclusion: it showed that active coping modes and coping strategies are helpful in enhancing living quality of cancer patients.Therefore, nurses should encourage cancer patients to take active coping modes.
