从牛奶中分离到1株蜡状芽孢杆菌CO4-1,经生长特性培养、生化试验、灌服动物试验,证明该菌株具有营养要求低,生长快,合成蛋白能力强,耐高温,耐酸碱等特点;菌体及其产物对动物均安全,无任何不良反应;对肠道病原菌具有一定的抑制作用.

A strain of Bacillus cereus CO4-1 was isotated from milk.After growing characteristic culture,biochemistry test,and animal test,it was proved to have characteristics,such as low nutrition requirements,quick growth,strong ability of synthesizing protein,high temperature enduring,acid-proof and alkali resistant.It is safe using body and product of CO4-1 to raise animal and there wouldn't be reactions.CO4-1 can suppress pathogens in intestinal tract to a certain degree.
