摘要
以硼酸和醇醚为原料,采用直接酯化法,合成水溶性的硼酸醇醚酯,分别考察了溶剂量、反应温度对酯化反应的影响,获得了最佳的工艺条件。并对其抗磨性在切削液的应用作了测试,证明了其作为新型极压抗磨剂的前景是非常广阔的。
Using boracic acid and alcoholic ether as raw material, adopting direct esterification way water-soluble boracic alcoholic ether e ster was synthesized. The influences of solvent qua ntity and temper ature on esterification were discussed. the best process condition was obtained and a measure of its antiwear quality in the use of cutting fluids was done. The res ults showed that the new antiwear additive was of very good performance.
