摘要
快速提取鼠疫菌特异性质粒，可以用于鼠疫的诊断和鉴别诊断。当鼠疫菌量达１．５×１０＾７个体时呈阳性结果，与大肠杆菌、假结核杆菌、小肠结肠炎杆菌、变形杆菌分别混合无交叉反应。
The rapid procedure for isolation Y. pestis plasmid DNA was applied for the diagnosis of plague. When the number of Y. pestis was above 1. 5XXXXX107 the result showed positive. There are no cross reaction with V517 E. coli. Y. pseudotuberculosis, Y. enterocolitica and poroteus, when they were mixed with Y. pestis respectively.
