摘要
采用了水提、醇提及模拟胃酸浓度的酸提法对何首乌药材进行提取,并用AAS法及ASV法分别对其中的金属元素含量进行了测定。实验结果表明,3种提取方法中,醇提法金属溶出量最少,酸提法金属溶出量最多;对于重金属含量较高的中药材,超细粉食入法有可能增加服食者重金属的摄入;有害元素Pb、Cd在水提、醇提中大部分以结合态存在,酸提中离子态占主要,揭示结合态中的Pb、Cd可因酸化而转化为简单离子态,为Pb、Cd的除去提供参考依据。
The content of metal elements in Radix polygoni multiflori was extract by water?alcohol and acid. And determine the content of metal elements in Radix polygoni multiflor by AAS and ASV. The result shows that in three extraction procedure, the least content of metal elements is extract in alcohol and the largest is extract in acid. For some have more heavy metal medicinal herbs, it may be increase the content of heavy metal in body that eat the powder directly. The harmful elements Pb?Cd mostly exist in combined state from water and alcohol extraction. And mainly in the ion state from acid extraction. It shows that Pb?Cd in combined state may be turn into simple ion state because of acid. It is provides some reference basises of how to eliminate the Pb?Cd.
