摘要
硒是人畜必需的营养性微量元素。硒是通过岩石—土壤—水—植物—动物和人的生物地球化学营养链给人和动物以影响的。从硒的生态环境入手,论述了岩石、土壤、水、动植物中硒的含量及赋存状态、硒的生物学功能,进而探讨了人体对硒的需求以及硒与人体健康的关系。
Selenium is a required nutrition trace element for human body and animal. It can affect human body and animal through the biochemical nutrition chain of rock-soil-water-plant-animal and human. Based on the eco-environment of selenium, its contents and forms in rock, soil, water, animal and plant and the biological functions of Se have been discussed in the paper. Consequently, the requirement of human body for selenium and the relationship between selenium and human body health are also discussed.
