摘要
分别以纯酵母和鱼油酵母培养的蒙古裸腹溞及卤虫无节幼体投喂河蟹溞状幼体,探讨了不同食物条件对蒙古裸腹溞及河蟹幼体的脂类和脂肪酸组成的影响.结果表明:鱼油酵母组蒙古裸腹溞总脂含量达16. 2% (占干重),接近卤虫无节幼体的19. 9%,但EPA含量仍远较其低.用经鱼油酵母培养的蒙古裸腹溞投喂河蟹幼体,从Z3 -M变态率和成活率分别为17%和12. 5%,比纯酵母组高1倍多,表明用鱼油强化蒙古裸腹溞培养河蟹幼体,对河蟹幼体发育和存活有明显的促进作用.
Effect of Moina mongolina with different lipid source diets on the fatty acid composition of Eriocheir sinensis larvae is studied. The result shows that the lipid content of Moina mongolina fed with Baker’s yeast combined with fish oil is 16.2% dry weight, which is near the content of nauplii of Artimia(19.9% dry weight), but the pecentage of EPA is much lower than that of nauplii. The survival and metamorphosis of larvae of the Chinese mitten crab from Z 3 to Meglopa is 12.5% and 17% respectively, when fed with fish oil enriched Moina mongolina, which are more than twice of that of larvae group only using Moina mongolina with pure yeast. The result demonstrates that the development of the crab larvae can be clearly improved by using fish oil to enrich living feed with high percent of HUFA.
