摘要
通过对宁波港海上交通实况调查,分析了宁波港海上搜救需求的特点,并对港口海事用多种方法进行了预测.基于宁波港搜救需求的存在、特点和发展趋势,对港口搜救供给资源进行了全面评价.
Through investigation on the practical situations of marine traffic at Ningbo port, predictions on marine accidents are made. An evaluation on search and rescue resources at present is also given.
