摘要
探讨了干法腈纶长丝经过汽蒸定型后用于28%以上高收缩率毛条的生产工艺,结果表明,选择合理的汽蒸定型工艺,并结合拉断机热板温度、热牵伸倍数、牵伸速率等工艺参数的优化,成功开发出汽蒸缩率28%以上的高收缩毛条.
The technology of producing high shrinkage (up to 28%) acrylic tops by steam-setting the acrylic filament yarn is introduced. Study shows that by using the proper steam-setting process and optimizing the heating-board temperature of the stretch break machine, the heat drawing multiple, and the drawing rate, acrylic tops with shrinkage as high as 28% can be successfully developed.
