摘要
一些温度传感器经常处于高温、高压状态下,并受到流体的高速冲击.为使传感器安全、可靠工作,保护套管的合理设计非常重要.本文给出保护套管的应力及振动频率近似计算公式,并与用MSC.Nastran软件的计算结果进行了比较.计算公式简单可靠,适用于工程技术人员应用.最后本文给出在静压及高速流体冲击下保护套管的应力、自振频率的计算例子.
Some temperature sensors work under high velocity flow and in high temperature, and high pressure. A reasonable design of protective sleeve is important for the safety and reliability of the sensor. The stresses and vibration frequencies are analyzed and approximate formulae are proposed. Comparing with the results calculated by means of MSC.Nastran code it is found that the proposal formulae are good enough and simple for engineering applications. Finally, a numerical example is given, showing the maximal stress and vibration frequencies of a protective sleeve work under high velocity flow.
