论刑事被害人诉讼权利的保障

On the Litigation Rights Protection of the Criminal Victims

现代刑事诉讼制度发展的趋势是在充分保障犯罪嫌疑人、被告人诉讼权利的同时,也重视加强对被害人诉讼权利的保障。我国现行刑事诉讼法在这两个方面都做了有益的尝试。相对于犯罪嫌疑人、被告人而言,我国对被害人诉讼权利的保障还处于起步阶段。笔者仅就我国刑事诉讼中被害人权利保障的现状。

State attaches the importance not only to protection of interests of social and state but also to the protection of legal rights of criminals under system of public prosecution. However, the protection of legal rights of criminal victims is often neglected. Many criminals victims suffer from sever destruction of their spirit, properties and bodies and lead hard lives for no compensation. All circles of our society must think much of the protection of criminal victims' legal rights. It has far-reaching meaning for stabilization of social order and interests of people.
