A Discussion of the Scientific Construction of Psychological Health Education Objectives in Higher Education

科学的心理健康教育目标是有效地开展高校心理健康教育的先决条件。因此,应依据我国学校的教育目的和心理学、教育学等学科的理论,遵循社会规范与个人需要相协调、现实性与超越性相结合等原则,系统地构建高校心理健康教育的总目标与类目标。

Establishing a scientific objective of psychological health education is the prerequisite to undertaking it firmly and effectively in higher education. Therefore, we should construct a general objective and classified objectives of psychological health education in universities in terms of educational purpose and theories about psychology and education, based on the harmony of social rules and individual needs and the combination of reality and transcendence.
