摘要
提出全新的气辅共挤成型工艺,基于气辅共挤成型特点建立了理论模型,通过数值模拟系统研究聚合物流变性能和工艺参数对气辅共挤成型界面不稳定性的影响规律,揭示其影响机理。研究表明,随着高粘层熔体与低粘层熔体粘度比的增大,或温度比和速度比的减小,界面不稳定性均会加剧,气辅共挤成型粘度比比传统共挤成型可调范围宽。
A new gas-assisted co-extrusion molding technique was put forward, and a theoretical model was established, based on the characteristics of gas-assisted co-extrusion. The influences of polymer rheological parameter and process parameters on interfacial instability of gas-assisted co-extrusion were studied by means of numerical simulation, and the influencing mechanism was disclosed. The simulation result showed that the interfacial instability would be more serious with the increasing of viscosity ratio or with the decreasing of velocity ratio and temperature ratio of high viscosity layer melt to low viscosity layer melt, and the viscosity ratio of gas-assisted co-extrusion had a wider adjusting range than that of traditional co-extrusion.
