环氧树脂粉末材料在选择性激光烧结中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 根据环氧树脂(EP)的综合性能以及选择性激光烧结(SLS)的特点,将EP应用于SLS快速成型中,不仅可以提高聚苯乙烯复合粉末材料烧结制件的拉伸强度,使其由原来的1MPa左右提高到10MPa以上,并能保持原有的尺寸精度;用EP粘结玻璃微珠、金属粉以及陶瓷粉等烧结的制件,尺寸精度可以达到±0.1mm,而且具有一定的拉伸强度。根据EP溶于丙酮的特点,配制出以丙酮为主要成分的混合溶液来清理试样表面浮粉,效果很好。 Epoxy resin had integrate performance and characteristic of Selective laser sintering(SLS). It was applied in the sintering preparation of polystyrene composite. The strength of sintered parts increased from 1 MPa to 10 MPa, while its original accuracy was unchanged. Epoxy resin was also applied to cling the frosting and the powder of metal and ceramic, the accuracy of the sintered parts could be controlled in ±0.1 mm. Because epoxy resin could be dissolve in acetone, the mixed solution which was confected with acetone as main component was applied to clear the powder on the surface of the sintered parts, and the clearing effect was good.
