摘要
应用2×2析因实验设计将Wistar大鼠随机分为四组:I+Se+组,I+Se-组,I-Se+组,I-Se-组。观察了喂养12周大鼠甲状腺的结构变化,应用图像分析仪测量了甲状腺滤泡体视学指标。结果发现,低碘组(I-Se+和I-Se-)甲状腺呈增生性甲状腺肿改变,增生肥大的滤泡上皮细胞呈高度空泡样变性,部分细胞坏死,结构消失、体视学测量结果表明,低碘组滤泡及滤泡腔的平均体积(VQ)和平均表面积(SQ)均明显小于补碘组(I+Se+和I+Se-).而比表面积(S—V)及数密度(Nv)均高于补碘组.体密度(Vv)及面密度(Sv)也发生明显变化。但硒因素对上述结构改变及体视学指标均无明显影响。
Wistar rata were randomly divided into 4 groups: I+Se+, I+Se-,I-Se+ and I-Se-. The thyroid structure was observed and the stereology changes wereanalysed by using Micro-image analysis system (MIAS-100)in the rats fed on the experimental diet for 12 meeks. The results showed that diffusively hyperplastic goitre changs were found in rat thyroid of two iodine-deficient groups(I-Se+和I-Se-),and a severe vacuolar degeneration occured in the proliferative and hypertrophic follicle cells with necrosis and destroyed structure in some cells. The stereology results showed that the mean volume (VQ) and mean surface (SQ) of thyroid follicle and follicle cavity were significantly lower and the specific surface (S-V)and numerical density (Nv) were higher in two iodine-deficient griups compared with two iodine-supplimented groups,also the volume density (Vv) and surface density (Sv)were markedly changed. But the selenium factor had no effect on the thyroid structure and its stereology above.
