镰刀菌T—2毒素致鸡雏关节软骨病变观察

Observation on T-2 toxin causing younger chickens to suffer from multiple necrosis in the cartilage of knee joint

将Ｔ—２毒素按鸡雏体重每公斤１００ｕｇ计算掺入正常饲料，喂养５周，发现１８只中１６只鸡雏膝关节软骨出现明显退行性病变。软骨细胞变小、发育障碍、排列紊乱、堆积、伴有带状变性、坏死的特征性改变。这些改变与作者利用镰刀菌菌粮按１／１０比例掺入鸡饲料的喂养实验结果相似。对于本实验与大骨节病的关系作了扼要讨论。

One-day-age chickens were fed on diet containing 100μg T-2 toxin per chicken weight of 1kg every day and maintained until they were killed at fifth weeks,and it was found that 16/18 chickens presented obvious retrograde affection in growth plate of Knee joint. The observations of histology were mainly:the shape of chondrocyte was abnormal and the size of chondrocyte was a little smaller than that of normal chondrocyte,at the same time,the arrangement of chondrocytes was disorderly and chondrocytes were largely accumulated,and there was a band-shaped necrosis of cartilage. These alterations were the same with the experimental result that was obtained by us through feeding chickens with diet containing 10% fusarium of grain. We also discussed the relation between these alterations and Kaschin-Beck Disease (KBD).
