摘要
以对甲氧基苯甲醛为原料,经Knoevenagel反应合成对甲氧基肉桂酸,反应条件用正交试验法优化,即酸醛摩尔比为1.2∶1,催化剂苯胺用量为0.7mL,稀释剂甲苯15mL,反应时间2h,在此最佳条件下收率为95.3%;再以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,用微波辐射技术,经酯化反应得对甲氧基肉桂酸2-乙基己酯,微波功率320W~400W,辐射40min,产率为85%。
p-Methoxy cinnamic acid was synthesized by Knoevenagel condensation,The optimum reaction conditions obtained by orthogonal experiment were that n(malonic acid)∶n(p-methoxy benzaldehyde)=1.2∶1,the dosage of aniline as catalyst was 0.7 mL,the dosage of toluene as solvent was 15mL,reaction time was 2h.Under optimum reaction conditions, the yield of p-methoxy cinnamic acid was 95.3%.Then 2-ethylhexyl p-methoxy cinnamate was synthesized by esterification under microwave irradiation with p-toluene sulphonic acid as catalyst,while microwave power was 320~400W and time of irradiation was 40 min,the yield was 85%.
