生后24小时内新生儿尿碘与先天性甲低症筛查之间的关系

摘要 为了阐明新生儿尿碘与先天性甲低症筛查之间的关系,我们测定了碘缺乏病病区与非病区分娩24小时之内的母婴尿碘及新生儿脐血滤纸T4、TSH水平。在用碘盐防治的碘缺乏病病区的母婴尿碘分别为211.88μg/L(n=67)和171.33μg/L(n=62)(P>0.05)。而在非碘缺乏病病区则分别为64.00μg/L(n=60)和58.19μg/L(n=60)(P>0.05)。我们发现在同一地区母婴的尿碘无显著性差异,而碘预防区的母婴尿碘要比非病区大约高3倍。两个地区的T4、TSH值都在正常范围之内。新生儿尿碘和T4、TSH之间无明显关系。 The aim of the study was to delineate the interrelationships between the neonatal urinary iodine and screening for congenital hypothyroidism. We measured maternal and neonatal urinary iodine within 24h after delivery in endemic goiter area with iodized salt prophylaxis and non-endemic goiter area. The T4,TSH in umbilical cord blood spotted filter paper were measured in newborns (T4 by RIA and TSH by IRMA)in the two areas. The maternal and neonatal urinary iodine in iodine prophylaxis area were 211. 88μg/L (n= 67), 171. 33μg/L (n=62),respectively (P>0.05),whereas in control area were 64. 00μg/L (n= 60) and 58. 19μg/L (n= 61) (P>0. 05). We found that no significant differences were demonstrated between the matermal and neonatal arinary iodine in the same area. The urinary iodine levels of mothers and newborns in iodine prophylaxis area were about 3 times higher than that in control area. The T,TSH values in filter paperin the two areas were all in normal range. Finally,the neonatal urinary iodine showed no correlation with T4,TSH.
