摘要 文章通过对EMI电源干扰滤波器加载测试系统的关键组成部分:屏蔽电缆引线,缓冲网络及其组成完整回路阻抗特性的深入分析,设计出一种适合于EMI电源干扰滤波器插入损耗测量加载额定工作电流的缓冲网络,该网络为被测设备提供额定电流的同时有效阻止被测干扰信号的分流。测试结果表明该设计收到了预期效果。 This article profoundly analyses the impedance characteristic of buffer network which is used in the test of Insertion Loss of EMI power line filters in the case of load, especially, pivotal components of the buffer network, such as shield cable, resisted-circuit inductance are paid more attention to. Finally we deigned the network and developed the testing device. By using the device we measured Insertion Loss parameters of a series of EMI power line filters. The measured results agreed well with the expected ones.
