硒对T—2毒素所致大鼠软骨基质代谢的作用

Effect or Selenium on metabolic abnormalities of cartilage matrix induced by T-2 toxin in Rats

用Ｔ—２毒素和不同硒含量的饲料喂养大鼠，观察软骨胶原和蛋白多糖组分的含量．结果表明：Ｔ—２毒素组各指标均低于对照组，尤以胶原和蛋白多糖中的硫酸基下降明显（Ｐ＜０．０１或＜０．０５），而三个加硒组各指标有不同程度的回升，接近或高于对照组，胶原和硫酸基含量随饲料用水平的增加而递增。提示Ｔ—２毒素对软骨组织具有毒性作用，影响基质中羟脯氨酸和蛋白多糖的合成，硒能够部分或全部拮抗Ｔ—２毒素的作用。

The contents of cartilage collagen and proteoglycan components were determined in the rats fed with diets containing T- 2 toxin and various selenium contents. The indexes in the T-2 toxin group, especially collagen and sulfato in proteoglycans, decreased compared with the control. However,those were increased to some extent in all of the three groups supplemented T-2 toxin and different selenium contents;and the contents of collagen and sulfato increased with the rise of selenium contents in the diets. These findings suggested that T-2 toxin displays a striking toxic effect on cartilage tissue by influencing the syntheses of gydroxyproline and proteoglycans in its matrix and that selenium may protect cartilage tissue from the effect of T-2 toxin.
