摘要
通过饮水中加硒(0.50μg/L)、加氟(50mg/L)的方法,研究了硒氟联合作用对大鼠体内活性氧自由基(R·)和脂质过氧化物(LPO)的影响。结果表明加氟可使机体R·和LPO水平升高,加硒可拮抗氟的这种作用。提示可以通过加硒来拮抗地方性氟中毒所致的非骨相损伤。
This paper employed a method of adding selenium(0.5mg/L),fluoride(50mg/L)to water,observing the combined effects on active oxygen radicals(R) and lipid peroxides(LPO)of rats.The result showed that flouride can increase the level of R and LPO,selenium can antagonize the effect of fluoride,This suggested that nonskeletal damages of endemic finorosis could be antagonized by giving appropriate amount of selenium.
