摘要
研究了褪色光度法测定柠檬酸含量的方法。结果表明:在一定条件下,方法的线性范围为0～40μg·mL-1,精密度(RSD)为4%,回收率为99%～101%。
Citric acid with discoloration spectrophotomery method is studied. The linear range of citric acid is 0~40 μg mL-1, the RSD is 4%, and the recovery rate is 99%~101%.
