短期中等剂量氟化钠对大鼠股骨形态和动力学参数的影响 被引量:4

摘要 将38只大鼠随机分为实验组和对照组,各19只。实验组给予15mg/L的含氟水和氟定量饲料。2个月和4个月后,分2组处死大鼠,用骨计量学方法分别观察了实验组和对照组大鼠股骨组织形态和骨动力学。结果表明,实验组有不同程度的氟中毒。其股骨骨皮质和骨小梁体积较对照组有不同程度增加。四环素标记线占骨小梁表面的百分比率减少,矿化沉积率减低,双标记距离变窄,矿化延迟时间变长。说明氟中毒抑制了大鼠的骨形成,并使骨矿化受损。 rats were randomly and equally divided into two groups,experimental and control.The experimental group was fed for 2~4 months with diet in different fluoride contents,and the control one with deionized water only.All the rats were sacrificed and histomorphometric parameters of femur were measureed,respectively.The results showed that to various degrees fluorosis developed in all the rats in experimential group.The conical and trabecular volumes in femur were increased as in comparision with the control.In contrast, all of Sfract(d) 、DDL and MiAR were decreased while MLT was prolonged,The data indicate that bone formation was inhibited and minerialization seemed to be damaged. The comparision between diaphysis and epiphysis suggested that the comical volume in epiphysis was decreased while the volume of spongiosa increased.The inhibition of bone formation,including minerializtion, appeared to be more severe in diaphysis than in epiphysis.There was no significiant difference between females and males.
