摘要
用低Se高Mn人工半合成饲料喂饲大白鼠,复制动物心肌损伤模型。补加Se(0.3mg/kg)、Zn(200mg/kg)、VE(200IU/kg).以观察单纯补加Se、Zn、VE或三者不同组合对心肌损伤的影响。实验结果表明,单纯补加因素中,补加VE组大鼠的心肌坏死检出率与低Se高Mn组比下降(P<0.05),坏死面积也缩小,心肌SDH和CCO活性提高。补加二因素组中.补加Se+Zn和Se+VE组大鼠心肌坏死检出率下降(P<0.05),而补加Se十VE组下降更明显,心肌SDH和CCO活性提高更明显。补加Se+Zn+VE组大鼠心肌坏死检出率进一步降低(P<0.05),坏死面积也最小,心肌CCO活性明显提高.SDH活性改变不明显。
In this study the myocardial injury of rats by feeding low Se,high Mn semi synthetical diet and the same diet with supplement of Se (0.3mg/kg), Zn(200mg/kg),Vitamin E(200IU),respectively was investigated. Wistar rats were randomly divided into eight groups according to the level of Se,Mn,Zn and Vitamin E in the diet,group A (low Se and high Mn); group B(Se supplementation); group C (Zn supplementation); group D (Vitamin E supplementation); group E (Se+Zn supplementation); group F(Se+Vitamin E); group G(Zn+Vitamin E supplementation);group H(Se +Zn+Vitamin E supplementation). The animals wpre sarcrificed after 8 weeks feeding. The results showed that detectable rate of the cardiac necrosis markedly reduced in groups D,E,F and H,compared with that in group A (P<0.05)). The extent of the cardiac necrosis also tended to reduction in groups E and H. Activities of cytochemical reaction in cytochrome oxidase of myocardial mitochondrion was increased in groups D,E,F and H,compared with that in group A. Activities of cytochemical reaction in succinate dehydrogenase of myocardial mitochondrion was apparently increased in groups E and F,compared with that in group A. Those findings suggeted that Zn and Vitamin E may play a protective role in the cardiac injury,in addition to Se.
