摘要
目的:建立消炎抗菌片中黄芩苷反相高效液相(RP-HPLC)含量测定方法。方法:采用Aglient ZORBAXSB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相:甲醇-0.2 mol·L-1磷酸二氢钠溶液(45:55)检测波长为278 nm。柱温:26℃,流速:1.0 ml·min-1。结果:线性范围0.112～0.560μg,r=0.999 3,平均回收率为103.0%,RSD为1.5%(n=5)。结论:测定方法简便快捷、精密度高,可作为消炎抗菌片中黄芩苷的含量控制方法。
Objective: To establish a RP-HPLC method for determination the content of baicalin in Xiaoyankangjun tablets. Method: Aglient ZORBAXSB-C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) was used,the mobile phase consisted of methanol -0.2 mol·L-1 sodium dihydrogen phosphate solution (45:55) the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1 and column temperature at 26 ℃. The detecting wavebength was at 278 nm. Result: The linear correlation within a range of 0. 112-0. 560 μg, r=0.999 3. The average recovery was 103. 0% , RSD 1.5%(n=5). Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid, and accurate, it can be used for quantitative determination of baicalin in Xiaoyankangjun tablets.
