摘要
基于对地震烈度及其物理标准新的认识,本文采用更丰富的强震观测资料和新的理论分析方法对地震烈度物理标准进行了广泛的研究,提出了新的地震烈度物理标准,并对其应用进行了讨论。
A new averaging approach that all the data of ground motion parameters obtainedwithin the same seismic intensity area in one earthquake are averaged, instead of all data ofthe same seismic intensity rating in different earthquakes is proposed to improve the pastaverage. A new regression method of multi random variables is explored based on thedirect distance of a sample point to regression line. It can be used to deal with the uncompatible problem of two variable regression equation with conventional method of leastsquare of errors. The correlation of seismic intensity with ground parameters decides theselection of the quantitative measure of seismic intensity.Based upon all the results, the modified root of mean square of acceleration which ismost closely related to seismic intensity and have minimum regression errors, is selected asthe representative physical measure of seismic intensity and the values corresponding to every intensity ratings from intensity u to intensity x are disussed.
