摘要
研究了超分散剂PSE加入前、后pH值变化对超细SiO2 分散稳定的影响,测量了分散体系吸光度和ζ电位,探讨了分散剂浓度与超分散剂吸附量的关系。应用扩展的DLVO理论,对影响系统分散稳定的各种因素进行了分析。研究结果表明,当超分散剂质量浓度为1.6 mg/L时最有利于SiO2 分散;超分散剂对于超细SiO2 的分散稳定主要受空间位阻支配,受pH值影响较小。
The dispersion stabilization of ultra-fine SiO2 was studied. The ξ potential and absorbency of solutions with and without dispersants were analyzed respectively. The relationship between concentration of dispersant PSE and its absorption on the surface of SiO2 particles was studied. The influencing factors were discussed, according to Extent-DLVO theory. The results show that the optimal dosage of PSE is 1.6 mg/L and the steric hindrance instead of the pH value is the main influencing factor.
