多机并联增阻空气幕的现场应用 被引量:9

In-situ Application of Air Curtain with Parallel Fans as Resistant of Airway

摘要 采用现场试验的方法,在安徽省某铜矿对多机并联空气幕的增阻作用进行现场试验研究.研究结果表明:在-400 m和-580 m主井有轨电机车运输石门的同一断面、巷道两侧的硐室,采用双机并联空气幕,对主井风流起有效的调节作用;在温度为-4~1 ℃时,空气幕能有效减少主井的进风量,空气幕全开时,阻风率达到48.00%;在温度为-1~1 ℃时,开单侧时阻风率达到32.79%;在冬季结冰季节,只要运转空气幕,就可防止主井的结冻,确保主井提升的安全,同时可降低石门内风速,减少二次扬尘污染;此外,空气幕安装在巷道的硐室内,能在有行人和电机车运行的大压差巷道内控制风流. Depending upon the in-situ experiment, field application of air curtain with multi-parallel fans as a resistant of airway was conducted in a Copper Mine in Anhui Province. The test was done in a main cross-cut near a skip shaft with electrical vehicle at -400 m and -580 m levels. The curtain with parallel fans was installed in both sides of the cross-cut. Testing results show that the air curtain can play a significant role like an adjusting air window. The air flow rate through the skip shaft at -4 - 1°C can be reduced by 48.00% if all fans of both sides are run, and that at -1 - 1°C is still reduced by 32.79%, even if the fan of one side is run. Practical application indicates that the ice phenomenon on the wall of the skip shaft can be prevented effectively in winter when running the air curtain, because the air flow-rate in the skip shaft can be reduced. Also, the dust rising in the cross-cut can be prevented by reducing the air velocity. The air curtain does not influence the passage of man and vehicle.
