渤海沿岸现代海蚀机制及危害与对策

RECENT MARINE EROSION ALONG THE COAST OF THE BOHAI SEA, ITS HARMS AND OUR COUNTERMEASURES

一、现代海蚀的普遍性与严重性 据野外调查所见,海岸侵蚀几乎比比皆是,形式多样,程度不一。有的基岩岸成片倒塌;泥沙岸徐徐渐进,似若蚕食,但经今昔对比,却是沧桑巨变。如山海关至黄骅段,就有9座碉堡已被海水淹没,2座临岸,其中乐亭二排闸碉堡原系日寇所建,60年代尚在陆侧60米处,而今沉沦海底已不见其踪。

After many years of field investigations, the writer is of the opinion that the main cause of the recent marine erosions along the coast of the Bohai sea is the building of reservoirs sluice gates along the upper reaches of the rivers to the sea and the excavation of sand along the lower reaches of those rivers and the coast, Thus reducing the runoff and silt discharge into the sea and then destroying the water- silt dynamic e-quilibrium along the coast. And the fluctuation of the sea level and tectonic movement only play a subordinate role. The writer also makes a thorough analysis on the harms caused by the recent erosion of the sea, and suggests some important preventive countermeasures.
