摘要
研究后掠叶片对轴流泵抗汽蚀性能的影响,采用标准K ε紊流模型和SIMPLE算法,用FLUENT软件对7台轴流泵内部流场进行数值计算,得到了每台泵的气体体积和效率.通过对比分析表明,随着后掠角的增大,泵的气体体积和效率都减少.所以采用后掠叶片提高泵的抗汽蚀能力时后掠角不宜过大.
In order to study the influence of backswent blade on anti-cavitation performance of axial flow pump,the standard K-ε turbulence model and SIMPLE algorithm were applied to simulate the flow field in seven axial flow pumps by FLUENT software,and the volume of air bubbles and efficiency of each pump were gotten .By comparing backward-swept blade with straight blade, it can be known that both the volume of air bubbles and efficiency decrease when sweep angle is increases. So sweep angle cannot be too large when backward-swept blade is used to improve the performance of anti-cavitation.
