摘要
本文在对HBZVS-MRC工作模式分析及功耗分析基础上,提出了一种新的设计方法,建立以变压器原边峰值电流最小为优化目标、以谐振参数为设计变量的优化设计模型,利用HBZVS-MRC仿真程序及离散非线性优化算法进行寻优计算,通过实验验证,得到较满意的结果。
Based on the operating mode analysis and loss analysis of the HB ZVS-MRC a new design method is introduced in this paper.The design optimization model for the resonant tank of the HB ZVS-MRC is derived to find optimum resonant parameters minimizing the peak current in the primary winding of the high frequency transtormer. The simulation program of the HB ZVS-MRC is embeding as a subrotine in the oplimization software. A discrete nonlinear optimization algorithm is employed. The design results are verified by the printed-circuit-board experiments.
