A New Henristic Genetic Algorithm and Its Application in Solution of the Unit Commitment

本文在遗传基因算法（ＧＡ）的基础上，增加了区域变化这一重要环节，设计了一种新的启发式遗传交换操作算法。它在保留了原ＧＡ算法的同时，又具有较高的解题速度。最后，本文将这一算法用于电力系统机组组合优化，结果表明获得了近乎全局最优的解。

A new approach, besed on genetic algorithm,is Parented for solving the unit commitment problem which includes an importantprocedure called searching region change teductjon. Its efficiency is higher than that of general genetic algorithm.
