摘要
本文在对目前采用的各类稳态量估计算法以及接地阻抗继电器动作特性进行分析和比较的基础上,提出了一种具有“反时限动作特性”的新型微机距离保护方案。并以此为基础,构成了微机距离保护实验装置,进行了动态模拟实验验证。实验结果表明,文中提出的保护原理和相关算法合理、可行。在保护动作速度反应高阻接地故障的能力等方面较常规方式有较大的改进和提高,可较好适应超高压线路保护的要求。
This paper describes the design of a new digital impedance relay in which some adaptive principles are applied in order to obtainimproved performance. Two major innovatians are considered in the design. The first is to design the relay with adaptive speedmost needed.The second is to adjust the operating criterion of the relay on-line according to the real earth-fault conditions.Thus laboratory environment.Results of the test are also presented in this paper.
