摘要
简要分析了非平衡光纤马赫曾德干涉仪的工作原理,指出了输出干涉谱与臂长差间的联系,并用实验验证了这种关系,实测结果与预期值一致。系统测量精度20μm。该技术将有利于研制既有理想的传感分辨率,又有较高对比度的用于光纤光栅传感解调的全光纤扫描干涉仪。
The principle of fiber unbalanced Mach - Zehnder interferometer is simply analyzed. Relationship between the output interference spectrum and the long difference between two arms of the interferometer is introduced theoretically and demonstrated experimentally. The measured results matched the predicted values very well. The measured resolution of the system is 20 μm. This method is helpful to develop optimized fiber unbalance scanning interferometer which is used in the demodulation of fiber Bragg grating sensor.
