Improvement of Internal Spraying System of Driving Machinrey

通过对AM—50型掘进机内喷雾系统的缺陷分析,将通过摇臂内的管路由软管改为在摇臂减速箱壁上开水道,增加反冲过滤器,优化设计喷嘴,使内喷雾系统喷雾效果得到改善,产生了明显的经济效益和社会效益。

Through analyzing shortcomings to internal spraying system of AM-50 driving machinery,soft pipe through ranging arm pipe road was changed and became wate road on ranging arm deceleration box,reverse punching filter was strengthened,spray head was optimized,spraying results was raised with infernal spraying system,good economic results and scientific result were gained.
