介绍了腈纶化纤厂用溶剂硫氰酸钠(NaSCN)对设备的腐蚀机理和专用防腐涂料的漆基、颜填料、固化剂的性能,通过生产现场实地挂片试验,证明该涂料对硫氰酸钠溶剂引起的设备腐蚀具有很好的保护效果。

Corrosive mechanism of NaSCN to equipments in acrylic fiber plants, performances and compositions of special heavy- duty anti- corrosive paints are introduced. Proved by sample- hanging test on the spot, the paint can effectively protect equipments from corrosion of NaSCN.
